Originally from Korea, the white, bell-shaped, drooping flower clusters of this Japanese Snowbell are quite showy in May to June. ‘Emerald Pagoda’ has larger leaves and showier blooms than the species. Slow growing with horizontally branched , rounded canopy. The smooth, attractive bark has orange-brown fissures adding winter interest to any landscape. Fragrant bell-shaped flowers in May.
