Top soil, often used interchangeably with the word loam, refers to the balance of Sand, Silt, and Clay being in an appropriate range. Stored under a tarp and then in a covered bin, we try to keep our soil as dry as possible for your convenience and ease of use. Sold in half-yard increments. We can deliver up to 6 yards per truck load.
